Happy belated Easter!!

Easter was a fun filled time for us starting with Holy Thursday Mass, then Good Friday Veneration of the Cross, Holy Saturday, and closing with Easter Sunday. We went to my dad’s house for Easter dinner and had a blast.  We also went down to see my nephew, Russell, and his family.  My niece, Rochelle, from Canada was there on vacation so we got to visit with her and her family. Maria had her birthday without us, but she said she had fun. She went with her friends to Santa Cruz for skydiving but she stayed on the ground as moral support this time around. When we got back home we celebrated Maria’s Birthday with Chinese food and watched a movie together.  Then on Sunday it was The Divine Mercy Sunday and marked the end of my vacation. We had our Annual blood drive at the church on the 21^st of April. As always it was a good turnout of people willing to give the gift of life in the form of their blood. Then Arlene’s daughter Maya celebrated her First Communion on Saturday the 28^th. It was a very nice service and the reception party put on by Maya’s Grandmother Diana was the greatest with lots of good food, family and friends. After Mass on my birthday, the 29^th of April, Tessie and Maria took me out to Lunch. Then we finished moving Maria out of her place in Sacramento.

Year in Review.

2011 was a busy year for us. Some of the things we did include: birthdays, holidays, church events, Maria's pinning, a trip to Panama, motocross, a year with Buster, welcoming Anzuelo into the family, Tess going to the Philippines, Dave coming back from Panama, and Raiza moving to the states. Thanksgiving Day

Hi everyone,

We had a great Thanksgiving with the family. It was the first get-together since our 25th Wedding Anniversary and it was so great to see everyone again. summer 2010.

This summer, Tessie and I renewed our vows to each other. With 2010 marking our 25th wedding anniversary, we felt this the appropriate year to do so. Family from around the world came to celebrate this special day with us. We are thankful to each and every one of you.

The highlight of our summer was the weeks surrounding our wedding. Family from London, the Philippines, and Missouri came, giving us ample opportunities for fun and entertainment.

We also spent the weeks following visiting family, going to a Giant's baseball game, and going on our "honeymoon" in St. Maarten.

Lastly, we got a dog a few weeks ago. His name is Buster and he is a blast to have around!
